Last updated September 24, 2026. Manufacturer-spec comparison only—not a Boom lab test. Specs from BLUETTI’s AC200P and AC200MAX US product pages / FAQs. Availability note: AC200P’s US PDP still lists full specs but shows discontinued / out-of-stock status on the base SKU—confirm live stock before you plan a purchase. Real runtime depends on load, temperature, and inverter losses.
Same ~2 kWh LiFePO₄ neighborhood, different jobs: AC200P is the older 2,000 W / six-outlet / wireless-pad classic with slower wall and solar input; AC200MAX is the expandable 2,200 W workhorse with TT-30, app, and dual B230/B300 expansion. Off Grid Power Boom already covers AC200P vs AC200L and AC200L vs AC200MAX—this page is the P↔MAX pair.
Quick decision
- Pick AC200MAX for 2,200 W AC, 2,048 Wh, 900 W solar / 1,400 W AC+solar dual charge, Bluetooth app, TT-30 + 12 V 30 A RV DC, and expansion to 8,192 Wh with two B300s.
- Pick AC200P only if you find a clean in-stock unit/kit and prioritize six AC outlets, dual wireless pads, and the higher 3,500+ cycle claim—accepting 500 W wall / 700 W solar and no UPS (BLUETTI FAQ).

Who should buy / who should skip
Buy AC200MAX if…
- Expanding to 6–8 kWh with B230/B300 is the plan and you want the TT-30 / 12 V 30 A DC set BLUETTI documents.
- You want Bluetooth app monitoring on this ~2 kWh BLUETTI generation.
Skip AC200MAX if…
- You specifically need six AC outlets and will not use expansion—then compare ports carefully against AC200P / AC200L.
Buy AC200P if…
- You find a legitimate in-stock unit/kit and value port count + wireless pads over charge speed and dual-module expansion.
Skip AC200P if…
- The PDP stays discontinued/OOS—do not invent grey-market specs; shop AC200MAX / AC200L instead (AC200P vs AC200L, AC200L vs AC200MAX).
Failure modes
- Same Wh class, different refill: empty both at 1,500 W and Wh feels similar; refill from wall+solar and MAX’s 1,400 W combined input pulls ahead of P’s 1,200 W ceiling.
- Expansion cable gotcha: AC200P’s single-pack path needs the right P090D–XT90 cable.
- UPS confusion: neither FAQ claims UPS—pass-through charging ≠ UPS switchover language.
- Heat + dust: 60+ lb stations still need airflow in an Arizona shed.
