Update in September 2023: Litheli has launched the eWagon W1 Pro on Indiegogo for crowdfunding! Head to the product page at Indiegogo. The eWagon starts at $199, but the price is going up soon. |
In a world where convenience is paramount, a battery-powered utility wagon emerges as a critical addition to your outdoor trips. This innovation can greatly ease the task of transporting luggage outdoors, enhancing your capacity to carry a variety of equipment across different terrains. You will no longer need to make a manual push of your regular wagon or cart if you are on a camping or recreational trip with some heavy loads, such as camping gear, bags, bulky tents, a power hub, solar panels, etc.
The design of the Litheli eWagon W1 Pro, a power hub-powered electric wagon, speaks volumes about modern technology and convenience. Run by a purely electric drive, it negates the need for any manual effort from your side. Being able to comfortably take a load of up to 132 lbs, you can operate it at variable speeds of 0.6 to 1.3m/s. The eWagon W1 Pro is powered by a detachable, high-density power hub.
This feature of a removable power bank provides uninterrupted energy to keep your cargo moving and offers the convenience of charging your devices on the go. That’s right! This power bank can also be used to charge your phones and small gadgets in an emergency. Recharging the power bank can easily be done from your RV or a portable battery pack. Direct solar charging does not yet seem to be integrated into the unit, but as an innovative product, this feature may be included in future designs.
Its electric drive is sustainable and powerful enough to make the wagon climb an incline of up to 10 degrees with ease. It achieves excellent response with decent power delivery thanks to its 500-watt high-torque, low-speed motor that also integrates a rapid stopping mechanism for safety.
In terms of its design features, along with a good motor and pure electric drive, it sports 8-inch all-terrain wheels to ensure incredible maneuverability across various outdoor terrains. According to the manufacturer, Litheli, it can easily navigate tough terrain, whether it is muddy, grassy or snowy.
One of the notable features of this wagon is its collapsible form factor. Post usage, you can fold it down into a compact unit for the convenience of storing in your vehicle’s trunk or compact storage spaces.
