Jackery has unveiled the 2022 upgrade of its solar generator. Called Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Pro, the company unveiled the new device at the Jackery 2022 event on May 12, 2022. As you see in the title, it is a 2160Wh solar generator with a first-rate lithium NCM battery pack.
It sports a 2200W power inverter with a surge of 4400 watts. It has got three AC sockets and multiple other charging outlets, including fast-charging Type-C 100W PD ports. It doesn’t equip a LifePO4 battery pack, which the brand seems to have ditched to keep its lightweight design.
Instead of LFP, Jackery has crafted a 2000 Pro with a more reliable and ultra-safe lithium battery pack with comprehensive circuit protection and a BMS with dual monitoring chips.

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Pro Review
This is Jackery’s flagship solar power generator and it tops its famous line-up of Explorer power stations. Jackery launched the device at the 2022 Jackery Day in May 2022. Having a 2160Wh battery pack, which is a lithium NCM one, it looks to be Jackery’s reply to Bluetti AC200P and EcoFlow’s Delta Max.
Being a leader in the market of outdoor-friendly solar power stations, the brand looks to have crafted it quite lightweight. Having the lithium NCM battery technology inside, it weighs just 43 lbs, which makes it pretty much lighter than its LifePO4 competitors like Bluetti AC200P.
At the same time, you have the device with a powerful 2200W inverter that can surge at 4400 watts. Of course, this chemistry makes Explorer 2000 Pro run any of your camper-friendly appliances like electric stoves, pressure cookers, and mini projectors.
At the same time, the device also sports a handful of fast-charging USB ports, which include a pair of 100W USB Type-C PD ports and as many USB 3.0 18W ports apart from a regular 12V cigarette lighter charger to run the car-powered devices.
Jackery has smartly enhanced its solar charging speeds to further help outdoor enthusiasts. It has got a 1200W MPPT solar input so that you can pair it with up to six units of the brand’s 200W SolarSaga solar panels in order to charge it in 2.5 hours under a bright sun.
Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Pro Vs EcoFlow Delta Max

Compared to the Delta Max, Jackery 200 Pro has got a higher capacity battery and a more powerful inverter. The notable thing, however, is that the Jackery battery can offer you two times better life cycles.
As Jackery loudly touts, its flagship model features a fast solar charging speed of up to 1200 watts.
Thus, by pairing it with six units of the brand’s 200W solar panels, you can charge it in just 2.5 hours from the solar source alone.
It is when the EcoFlow has only an 800W solar charging input.
The Jackery is, of course, the handiest model of the two. Along with a smaller size, it weighs just 43 lbs so it will be the coolest choice for an outdoor enthusiast.
Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Pro Vs Bluetti AC200P

Compared to Bluetti AC200P as well, the Jackery has better storage capacity and inverter power. But the former equips a long-life LifePO4 battery, which the Explorer lacks. Though it contributes some heftiness to the Bluetti, it guarantees you a life cycle of over 3500 times.
Again, the Jackery has an edge over its Bluetti rival with a better solar charging speed and a handy and portable design.
Meanwhile, you get the Bluetti with more charging outlets, including six AC sockets and a pair of 15W wireless chargers. It weighs over 60 lbs, which will surely make it a bulky machine for outdoor users, especially when compared to the Jackery.

Jackery Explorer 2000 Pro Price and Availablity
When it comes to the price, the Jackery is a bit expensive. The power station alone costs you over $2200, while its EcoFlow and Bluetti rivaling models are priced just above $1500.
As said above, you can also buy the Jackery power station in ready-to-use bundles with its SolarSaga 200 solar panels. The price range of such bundles is from $3600 to $6200, with the top variant having six solar panels to achieve its maximum solar input capability.
